Morland

The station is owned by Dr. Olav Krogsæter (PhD meteorology), located at Morland, a small village on the Sotra island, 25 km west of Bergen in western Norway, just a few kilometers from the North Sea. It has mild winters and cool summers, in the middle of the low pressure tracks (polar front) across N-Atlantic.
